1. What products do you offer?
We specialize in custom sublimation items including blankets, pillowcases, shirts, keychains, canvas prints, and more. If you can dream it, we can usually print it.
2. How do I place an order?
You can message us directly with inquiries, send your design/photo, or place an order through our website. Once details are confirmed, we will contact you directly with any questions about your order.
3. What type of photos work best for custom items?
High-resolution, clear, well-lit photos work best. Avoid blurry, cropped, or screenshot-style images—they may affect print quality.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our normal processing time is 2–3 business days, depending on the item. Shipping times vary by location, usually 2–4 business days after fulfillment
5. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush options are available for an additional fee. Message us before ordering to confirm availability.
6. Do you ship?
Absolutely! We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
7. Can I see a mockup before you print?
Yes, we provide a digital mockup. Please note: production begins after mockup approval.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment forms listed available through Shopify at the bottom of our website
9. Are custom orders refundable?
Because each item is made just for you, all custom orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
10. Can I pay in person?
Unfortunately no, all payments must go through the website.
11. Can you print copyrighted images?
We cannot print licensed or copyrighted images unless you own the rights or provide written permission. Personal photos and your own artwork are perfect!
12. How do I care for my custom items?
Shirts: Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Hang dry for best results.
